The agreement between you and RPOS for using the platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the RPOS point-of-sale platform, including the dashboard, POS terminal application, kitchen display, booking, dispatch and related services (together, the "Service"), provided by GMHCO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16056150 ("RPOS", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("Customer", "you").
RPOS provides subscription-based software for managing restaurant and hospitality operations, including order taking, billing, payments, inventory, staff scheduling, loyalty, bookings and delivery dispatch. We may add, change or remove features from time to time.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the Service, for keeping your login credentials secure, for the acts of your staff using the Service under your account, and for complying with applicable tax, food safety, employment and data protection law in your jurisdiction.
Where the Service processes personal data on your behalf (for example, guest booking details or loyalty member records), we act as a data processor and you act as data controller. Our processing is described in our Privacy Policy and in a Data Processing Agreement available on request. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and share that data with us.
Card payments taken through the Service are processed by Stripe. RPOS does not store full card numbers. Use of Stripe payment features is subject to Stripe's own terms.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support is available as described for your plan.
Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 14 days of written notice. Subject to any minimum term, you may cancel a subscription from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPOS's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
