Everything your business needs, whatever it is

One system for the till, the back office, loyalty and the front door — relabelled automatically for your venue type.

Built for any venue type

One system that adapts to your business — a restaurant's Table Map becomes a salon's Appointment Book or a clinic's booking calendar, automatically. 25+ venue types supported out of the box.

Orders, sales & appointments

Dine-in, takeaway, retail checkout or service bookings — one till, one order flow, built for busy shifts.

Kitchen & prep display

Orders hit the pass the moment they're fired, with dedicated kitchen ticket printing and a live bump/recall display — no lost tickets.

AI business assistant

A built-in assistant that answers questions about your own sales, stock and shifts in plain English — no separate analytics tool to learn.

Bookings that fit your business

A table, a room, a tee time or an appointment slot — online booking labels itself correctly for your venue type, with live availability and reminders.

Works on the devices you already own

A free desktop app for Windows and Linux that updates itself automatically, or an installable web app for Android and iOS — no proprietary terminals to buy, and no lock-in to specific hardware.

Delivery dispatch (add-on)

Assign and track your own drivers with live GPS and smart auto-assignment, plus built-in webhooks for Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.

Online ordering (add-on)

A branded ordering website for your customers with Stripe checkout built in — just 5% of what sells through it, no flat monthly fee.

Loyalty, gift cards & reviews

Points, tiers, gift cards and a public venue page with QR ordering/booking and customer reviews — no bolted-on third-party app.

Keeps working when the internet doesn't

The till queues orders locally and syncs automatically the moment connectivity returns — a dropped WiFi signal never stops a sale.

Card payments via Stripe

Take chip & PIN and contactless straight from the till, with receipts and reconciliation handled automatically.

UK VAT & multi-currency

20%, 5% and 0% VAT plus service charge handled automatically — and multi-currency support (GBP, EUR, USD and more) if you operate beyond the UK.

GDPR & API access

Built-in export/erasure tools for customer data, plus scoped API keys if you want to connect RPOS to your own systems.

Why RPOS is better value

Priced to replace a stack of separate subscriptions, not add another one.

One subscription instead of three

A POS system, a booking app and a loyalty/gift-card app are normally separate subscriptions. RPOS bundles all of it into one flat monthly price — delivery dispatch and online ordering are there too, as optional add-ons if you actually need them.

No per-order or per-booking fees

You pay Stripe's standard card-processing rate on payments you take — RPOS doesn't add its own transaction markup on top for orders, bookings or loyalty redemptions.

Live the same day

No lengthy implementation project or consultant day-rate. The onboarding wizard gets your venue trading the day you sign up.

Live the same day

No hardware lock-in, no lengthy install process.

Frequently asked questions

What is RPOS?

RPOS is business management software that adapts to your venue type — restaurants, pubs, salons, clinics, retail and more. It covers orders or appointments, payments, loyalty and bookings in one system, with a built-in AI assistant, live the same day you sign up.

Who is RPOS built for?

Any business that takes orders, bookings or appointments — restaurants, pubs and takeaways, salons and clinics, hotels, retail and multi-branch groups. The dashboard and till automatically adapt their labels and features to your venue type.

How much does RPOS cost?

Starter is £20/month for one terminal. Pro is £29/month and includes up to 3 terminals, loyalty, gift cards, bookings and kitchen/prep display. Paid plans have a 12-month minimum term and a one-off £200 setup fee. Delivery Dispatch and Online Ordering are usage-only add-ons at 5% of what sells through each; SMS Marketing (5p/message), Social Media Posting (£9/month) and Geofenced Offers (20p/claim) are optional marketing add-ons, all switched on any time from Settings. If you'd rather we build your menu for you, Restaurant Menu Integration Service (RMIS) is a one-off £100 service — see below.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access, including Delivery Dispatch and Online Ordering at no cost. We verify a card during signup (via Stripe, zero charge) to keep the platform free of throwaway accounts — you're not charged until you choose to subscribe.

Is RPOS good value compared to running separate tools?

Most businesses pay for a POS, a booking app and a loyalty/gift-card app separately. RPOS bundles all of it into one flat monthly price, with no extra per-booking fee on top of standard card-processing rates. Delivery Dispatch and Online Ordering are optional, usage-only add-ons — 5% of what sells through each, nothing if you don't use them.

Does RPOS only work for restaurants?

No. RPOS is built to work for any venue type. A restaurant's Table Map becomes an Appointment Book for a salon or clinic, a Room Map for a hotel, or a Tee Time sheet for a golf course — the same underlying system, relabelled for your business.

What hardware do I need to run RPOS?

Any Windows or Linux PC — a free desktop app that updates itself automatically — or an Android/iOS phone or tablet using the installable web app from your browser. For printing, an ESC/POS-compatible thermal printer (e.g. Epson TM-T88 or TM-m30) over network is recommended, plus a Stripe Terminal reader for card payments.

Does RPOS handle UK VAT automatically?

Yes. RPOS applies 20%, 5% and 0% VAT rates and service charge automatically per item or bill, and includes VAT reporting for your accountant or bookkeeper.

Can RPOS be used outside the UK?

Yes. Alongside UK VAT handling, RPOS supports multiple currencies (including GBP, EUR, USD, MYR, AED, SAR and BDT) and country settings for businesses operating outside — or beyond — the UK.

Can I take card payments through RPOS?

Yes, through a built-in Stripe Terminal integration. Chip & PIN and contactless payments are taken directly from the till, with receipts and reconciliation handled automatically.

Does RPOS support delivery platforms like Uber Eats?

Yes. Aggregator webhooks for Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat are included in the Pro plan. Running your own delivery drivers is the separate Delivery Dispatch add-on — a live dispatch board, GPS tracking and smart auto-assignment for your own team, billed at 5% of delivered order value with no flat fee.

Can I send SMS marketing campaigns from RPOS?

Yes, as an optional add-on. Build a customer list and send targeted SMS campaigns straight from RPOS — billed at 5p per message actually sent, with no monthly minimum or flat fee.

Can RPOS post to my Facebook and Instagram?

Yes. Connect your Facebook Page and Instagram Business account and post directly from RPOS — a flat £9/month add-on, switched on any time from Settings, with no per-post charge.

What are geofenced offers?

Location-triggered promotions sent to nearby customers who've opted in — for example, a same-day discount nudged to someone walking past. You're only charged 20p when an offer is actually claimed, never for people who simply pass by.

Can someone set up my menu for me?

Yes. Restaurant Menu Integration Service (RMIS) is a one-off £100 service where our team builds your entire menu into RPOS for you — every category, item, modifier and price, with real photos — from whatever you send us, even a photo of a printed menu.

Can RPOS manage more than one location?

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Multi-branch groups get centralised menu/service management and reporting across every location from one dashboard.

How long does it take to set up RPOS?

Most venues are ready to trade the same day. A guided onboarding wizard walks you through venue type, items or services, payment methods, tables or booking slots, and features straight after signup.

Is customer data secure and GDPR compliant?

Yes. Sensitive fields such as booking and loyalty member details are encrypted at rest, and built-in GDPR tools let you export or erase customer data on request.

Does RPOS support loyalty and gift cards?

Yes, a points-based loyalty system with tiers and redemption rules, plus gift card issuing and redemption, is included on the Pro plan and above — along with a public venue page for reviews and QR-code ordering or booking.

Can customers book online?

Yes. RPOS includes an online booking flow with live slot availability, automatic confirmation emails and reminders, labelled appropriately for your venue (table, room, appointment or tee time) and feeding straight into your floor plan or calendar.

Can I connect RPOS to my own systems?

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Scoped API keys let an external system — your own backend, a logistics partner, a franchise's internal tools — call RPOS endpoints such as delivery dispatch directly.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Paid plans carry a 12-month minimum term. Contact support before your renewal date to discuss cancellation or changing plans — there's no automatic lock-in beyond the agreed term.

Can RPOS print kitchen order tickets?

Yes. A separate kitchen/prep printer prints tickets the moment an order is sent, independently from the customer receipt printer at the till.
